THE CHALLENGE

Managing multiple assets, each with distinct ore characteristics and performance metrics, Evolution Mining found it challenging to gain a clear, unified understanding of the overall performance across their portfolio. Individual asset data streams lacked the context to provide meaningful insights at a group level.

THE SOLUTION

Convergio enabled real-time performance monitoring solutions at a group level. Comparative analysis of key performance indicators was achieved by streaming validated data from each site into a centralised corporate PI system, and consolidating it within the PI Asset Framework. This data was visualised in PI Vision, highlighting KPIs such as utilisation, throughput, and recovery across sites.

With this integrated approach, Evolution Mining accessed deeper performance insights from a contextualised single source of truth. This clarity not only illuminated the intricacies of each asset's performance but also empowered more informed strategic decisions and allocations of company resources.
